Every dollar raised helps Portland Odyssey teams travel to competitions and continue developing their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

OM Spontaneous Practice Night
Come practice your spontaneous skills together as a team!
We will have several different problems, and coaches will be available to offer advice and guidance to teams as they work together through three different types of Spontaneous problems. This is always a fun night for all of our Portland OM and Rowe OM kids to gather to practice their skills and enjoy the evening together.
In order to help feed everyone, we'll be having a Pasta Supper.

Spend the day learning the skills of coaching an Odyssey of the Mind team from seasoned program veterans! This training is invaluable for those embarking on their first year of coaching a team, or those back for their second year. Coaches will come away with a better appreciation for what their teams will experience and how to provide support to their students the Odyssey way. Odyssey of the Mind World Finals
Three of our student teams will be competing at the Odyssey of the Mind World Finals at Michigan State University! These incredible students earned top scores at the state competition and now have the opportunity to showcase their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills on a global stage. We wish them the best of luck!
Pool Noodles and Plastic Spoons
Portland OMers will be on hand to demonstrate how they use household objects for creative problem-solving
Participants will get the chance to try out some unexpected craft materials and techniques
Ages 5+ are welcome with parental participation

These amazing kids have spent months creating original performances, solving complex problems, and working as a team—and now they’re representing Portland, Maine on the world stage.
